We invite your organisation to participate in the BNA2015: Festival of Neuroscience hosted by the British Neuroscience Association in partnership with other learned societies with an interest in the brain.

The Festival is a unique event. It incorporates all aspects of neuroscience and brings together clinical and non-clinical researchers – biochemists, pharmacologists, anatomists, developmental biologists, physiologists, immunologists, oncologists, psychiatrists and psychologists – we have over 1300 delegates and speakers registered.

The Festival will take place at the state-of-the-art Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC), Edinburgh. Situated at the heart of Scotland’s elegant and historic capital city, the EICC is one of the world’s outstanding venues for conferences, conventions and exhibitions offering the very best in facilities and technology.

Exhibition Area – the trade exhibition will be held in the 1,600 square meters Lennox Suite 1,2 & 3 of the EICC. The Lennox Suite will be used in its open plan configuration with the Concourse – delegates will need to walk through the  Concourse to access the Lammemuir Rooms 1 & 2, two of the meeting rooms in use during the BNA 2015 : Festival of Neuroscience.  Please refer to the exhibition floor plan for further information.

Meeting rooms – The EICC provides easy access to all lecture theatres and exhibition hall under one roof. The Lammemuir Rooms 1 & 2 and the Moffat Room are located immediately adjacent to the exhibition area with the Menteith and Lowther Rooms located one level above the exhibition area.  It is only a maximum 40minute walk from the exhibition area to the Pentland Suite.
